This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is only minutes away from the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, Baytown Wharf, Sandestin and much more. You’ll be 10 minutes from Miramar Beach and Dune Allen Public Beach. Whether you are looking to spend a day at the beach or an afternoon shopping at Grand Boulevard, our serene townhome will surely impress. The space Must be 25 years of age to book, per Walton County rules and regulations. Dogs are welcome. Two dog maximum, $100.00 for first and $50.00 for the second, non-refundable. Prior approval is required before booking. Parking is available on site. We have a one car garage and two parking spots within the driveway. Refunds for hurricane: We will refund your stay for mandatory evacuations ONLY. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. Entry to the home will be granted via door code. Other things to note You will have three TVs with streaming capability throughout the home.
