We only welcome women, since we're an all female family household. Spacious private room with private entrance & bath in an all women home in peaceful & safe neighborhood.. an oasis from the city. Accessible to public transportation, great restaurants & cafes, shopping, Whole Foods, & movie theaters. We also have two friendly cats. Amenities include: Jacuzzi, private shower & toiletries/towels, deck, yard & use of washing machine & dryer, & kitchen privileges for long term stays. The space Large room with desk & study area on basement level with private entrance. Guest access Kitchen, deck, yard and Jacuzzi. During your stay Available for making recommendations for restaurants, sight seeing & entertainment. Will also provide opportunities for excursions to local beaches & ponds in the summer. Will also provide (or share) some meals upon request for an additional charge. Other things to note Prefer females, given we're an all female household. Have two cats incase you're allergic.
