This 150 m² duplex chalet is located in the heart of nature and the Alsace forest, less than 10 minutes from the town centre, shops , and the tourist office. On the main level: A large living area with an open-plan kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) and a large table to share your meals. Also, a bright living room with a Tv (a double sofa bed and two single beds are provided) opening onto the terrace. You can enjoy your meals indoors, but also in the garden during sunny days. An above-ground pool is available and heated from 1st March to 30th September. The pool is 1.5m deep and measures 8m by 4m. You can enjoy a parking space on the property. The entire chalet will be yours. Always with the intention of ensuring the best experience during your stay: Cleaning will be done, Beds will be made with clean sheets, Clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat for each bathroom and a dish towel in the kitchen, Free Wi-Fi connection. A baby cot is available upon prior request (approved for children under 3 years old and 15kg). House Rules: This chalet and the outdoor areas (forest nearby) are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a £250 penalty for additional cleaning. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, general cleaning of the chalet and the sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and organise the interior of the chalet. If you prefer not to do this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" service for £60 before your arrival. You will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your Id via the Yaago platform after booking, along with the information for the police registration form, in compliance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the property.
