The space Suite III is part of a Complex in the gated community in Crucita, Portoviejo, Manabí - Ecuador. The gated community has access through the boardwalk, which allows the beach to be accessed on foot from the suite. "Las Dunas" has 24/7 controlled access/security. This gated community has a swimming pool (8AM-6PM) at a $3.00/day cost to any guests (payable to the security guard directly on the day of use), tennis court, indoor soccer court, playground among other things. The Complex is a 2-story V-shaped concrete building. It is composed of 8 private apartment suites, has a central kitchen (for private use only) and a game-room (for private use only), a central entrance courtyard (for common use), a general hallway or seating area protected from the sun; and a general balcony that joins the 8 suites (for common use) on the second floor. The building is located next to the children's playground and swimming pool. Suite III has its main access through the central courtyard and on its first floor you will find the living room (with a full-size fabric sofa bed, a wooden bench unit, Seagrass Alam rug, centerpiece and ornaments), the dining room (with a wooden dining table with 3 assorted RotanTeak chairs with a Seagrass bench for 2, refrigerator and microwave), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. This first floor has 2 windows (one on each side). The second floor is accessed by a staircase that is located next to the bathroom on the first floor. In it is the master bedroom, decorated with a Sentana mirror, Teak wooden work table, RotanTeak chair, shelves with books, King bed with Frangipani headboard; living room composed of a sofa bed, Berkha chair, pouf, centerpiece, Tina Bliss circular rug, paintings, drawer and 75 inch HDTV and a bathroom with shower. The shared balcony is accessed through the sliding door from the master bedroom.
