Cozy little house in a condominium in Lagoinha

Single-story house in a gated community, 8 minutes' walk from Lagoinha Beach. Quiet environment, close to the mountains and the sea. It comfortably accommodates 2 couples with children or 6 adults, and can accommodate more people as needed. The house is simple, but offers enough for moments of leisure and rest after a day at the beach. The space The house has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with single beds. Two independent bathrooms, kitchen integrated with the dining and living room. For rainy days: books and a Smart TV in the living room. A balcony with three hammocks to hang and a simple service area with a masonry barbecue. In the garden: Surinam cherry, Barbados cherry, white guava and lots of flowers :) Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note The keys are usually kept by a trusted person who takes care of the house and lives nearby.
