House of 115 m2 not adjoining refurbished and fully equipped with new quality bedding. Quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, 500 meters from the Belon River; access to the coastal trail. Beaches of Kerfany and Trénez a 12 min bike ride away. Rias de Merrien, Brigneau and Aven 10 min by car. Great for spending time with family or friends around a barbecue to enjoy an unfenced garden of 1500 m2. The space The dwelling is composed of: On the ground floor: a large living room with open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) One bedroom with single bed that can be converted into a double bed 160 x 200. A bathroom with a washer – separate toilet ON the floor: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed 140 x 190) and a bathroom with toilet. In the garage, we provide 4 adult bikes and beach games (snowshoes, molki, badminton). Guest access The house and its garden are at your disposal with the possibility of parking the cars in the driveway. Other things to note Bed linen is provided as an option at the rate of 15 euros per bed and per week. Cleaning fee is mandatory at the rate of 70 euros. Weekly rental only. A large weekly market with local producers awaits you every Tuesday in downtown Moelan as well as restaurants, an associative cinema and pretty flea markets.
