The space This property is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is very comfortable with much space to enjoy inside and out, with all the amenities of being at home. The 3 Available Rooms are open and ready for your comfort. Enjoy Pool and BBQ Time! Guest access This is my primary resident, but I don’t stay on the premises when whole home is booked. All spaces besides masterbedroom, Pantry, garage, and office. That leaves 3 bedrooms, living room kitchen and dining room area, 2 full bathrooms, screened in back porch, large fenced back yard, with pool, fire pit, and gas grill. Air mattress available if more than 6 guests book. Enjoy your stay. Other things to note Children 18 and under should always be supervised while in the back yard and pool area. There is an alarm on the door leading to outside that should always be set upon arrival with small children. Before pool use please rinse off with water hose especially if returning from the beach sand and seaweed in the pool causes algae. This is my primary home, master bed, office, and garage will be locked. Enjoy the home as your own.
