Located in the cozy neighborhood of Marapé, this apartment located in a condominium full of leisure options is surrounded by greenery and has diverse amenities for you and your family to enjoy very well! The pool can be used upon delivery of a doctor's note by only two guests from the beginning to the end of the stay, but we are a 14-minute walk from the beach of José Menino. Come and enjoy amazing days!!! The space Two bedrooms being one suite. Social bathroom, living room in two rooms with office table, balcony, kitchen and service area. Single room with a double bed and a free door in the wardrobe to hang hangers. Double bedroom with queen bed and hangers and niche to store personal belongings. In the living room, the sofa becomes a double bed. Guest access You are allowed to use the pool by two guests at a time! Upon delivery of valid attestation for the last 30 days Other spaces such as a court, playground, sauna, market and gym are allowed to use. Some spaces such as a playroom and jacuzzi need scheduling through the app and I can assist with the reservation during the stay. Other things to note Condominium is 14 minutes walk to José Menino beach. Check out the rules before booking! Pool only two guests at a time upon delivery of attestation valid for 30 days. The building does not provide attestation, but some neighbors are doctors and carry out this service here in the condominium.
