Gîte De Lepinette

The space The Épinette gîte is located in the municipality of Blancs-Coteaux (Vertus), in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, 20 km from Épernay and 30 km from Châlons-en-Champagne. It will be the perfect place to discover our beautiful department and its riches (champagne cellars, vineyards, museums, hikes). The gîte consists, on the ground floor, of an entrance giving access on one side to the laundry room with separate toilet and on the other side to a large living/dining room open to the fully equipped kitchen. From the dining room, you will have access to a private terrace and courtyard. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (bed in 160/200) each with a private bathroom. The landing also serves a separate toilet. . The rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, end-of-stay cleaning and charges. Electric charging stations available 100 meters away.
