The unit and the lock box located behind of the house (see pictures) To open lock box: 1- The front luck has a small dark cover Slide shutter door to reveal the dials button. 2. Rotate dials to the combination given to you enter the code: XXXX. 3- Push the door release button down. (Black) 4-The luck will be open when you push the switch down and you'll find the key inside. Please close the luck and shuffle the numbers for security.
