Welcome between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Our holiday home is a modernized cottage from 1878 and is one of the oldest houses in Dörpling. The ceiling heights are slightly lower than normal and tall people have to bend down. The house is situated in a scenic area on the outskirts of the village in a cul-de-sac. The garden is idyllic and dreamy and hardly visible. Take a break! We have already ordered nice weather for you! The space The living room is "small but nice". There is a fireplace, TV, Alexa and plenty of information about excursions, etc. Our previous guests found the living room quite cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has been adapted to the house and we think you will also enjoy staying in it, because it has all the desirable advantages! There is a toaster, a coffee machine, an oven, a fridge with a freezer and of course a dishwasher, because on vacation you don't necessarily want to wash dishes. Of course, with typical North German Klöntüre, which can be opened at the top as a window. The cozy bedroom is on the upper floor of the house. It is small but nice :-). The bed is 1.60 × 2.00 m and is under a slope. The 2nd bed can be found when you go up the stairs, in front of the bedroom. It is virtually a walk-through room and not in a closed room. The bed can be pulled out to 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The bathroom is a bright and friendly space with daylight. It is about 6 m² and equipped with a corner tub (in which you can also shower), toilet and sink. Furthermore, there are convenient storage options for your bathroom utensils. Also a clothes drying rack incl. clips for your swimwear and towels are available in the house. In our garden you will find peace and quiet. The photo shows the upper garden area including the pool. Use of the pool is expressly at your own risk and it is only available in summer temperatures. There is also a gas grill at your disposal. Open fire is prohibited near thatched houses! In the lower area you can sit in the glass pavilion protected from wind and weather. Of course, you will also find outdoor space there. In the outbuilding of the house is a foot care practice. You are welcome to book an appointment before you travel. Guest access You use the entire house and also the garden alone. Your bikes can be safely parked in the locked shed. Upon arrival, we will welcome you ourselves or leave the key in the key box. Other things to note Heating material for the fireplace can be provided at extra cost.
