In the heart of the Chartreuse Massif, Saint Pierre de Chartreuse is a medium-altitude ski resort (900 meters above sea level) rich in activities both winter and summer. In a very charming 120 m² old house on 3 levels, completely renovated in 1990 in the Chartreuse tradition, located 1.5 km north of the village towards the Col du Cucheron in the hamlet of Pajonnière, The space At the foot of the Grand Som, a large 300 m² terrace, with a lovely washhouse facing south in front of the house overlooking the valley, with the Charmant Som and the wild nature as your only view. A private parking area is located on the edge of the Montée de la SCIA. The house, situated 50 meters below behind a converted barn, can be accessed via a grassy path which is recommended not to be taken by car. Accommodation: Recharge in this 120 m² house on 3 levels with 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you enter directly into a fully equipped kitchen/dining room (table for 8 people) leading to a living room. At the back, there is a WC and a bathroom with a sink/bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. On the first floor: 1 spacious bedroom with a large double bed 2 smaller bedrooms each with a double bed for 2 adults 1 WC 1 bathroom (shower + sink) On the second floor: 2 spacious bedrooms each with 1 large double bed and 1 additional single bed This is a secondary family home that we rent out when we are not using it. You have access to the following amenities: In the kitchen: 4 gas burners, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, French coffee maker, and dishwasher.
