Hollys House is ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a relaxing break, country walks and a spot of sightseeing in nearby Historic Henley in Arden with its bars and restaurants, treat yourself to afternoon tea at nearby Nuthurst Grange Hotel or a 25 minute drive to Stratford upon Avon. Close to Motorway links M40 and M42, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Rail Station with the NEC all a 20 minute drive. The space The Space is an open plan fully fitted kitchen / sitting room furnished to a high standard with a smart TV, through the hallway up the stairs you will sleep in a luxurious king size bed with a large en-suite bathroom with electric shower. Guest access Guests access all of Hollys House. Other things to note While you will enjoy the stunning surroundings of Hollys House we are within farmland and as so please be mindful that leaving windows open at certain times of the year in the evening can potentially attract insects to fly in. Being conveniently close to motorway links can cause some traffic noise outside the property. As the property solely relies on electricity for heating, lighting and cooking, we are not responsible for any interruption of the electrical supply by western power. Free parking is available outside the property at your own risk.
