Check-out: 11 am. Other things to note - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons - No pets. - No smoking inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a $500 fee). - No drugs inside the property (medical cannabis, neither). - We have cameras at the front and back for security reasons. -Noise-aware working 24/7 Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM and 10 PM (PST); messages received after will be attended to the next day. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.
