A separate laundry and storage room as well as a private parking space complete the space. The apartment is within walking distance of the east beach and the Lister promenade. The harbor of List with its restaurants and excursions is a 15-minute walk away. Despite the very quiet and natural location, shopping, restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. Enjoy your morning coffee with a fantastic view of the Wadden Sea and the Lister harbor and your sundowner on the wonderfully sunny southwest terrace with a small garden.
