The house is located in short walking distance of the Mellau rope-way bottom terminal. You can reach the village center by bus in 5 min for groceries. There are several restaurants that serve regional and high quality Austrian food. The apartment is well suited for a family. The bedroom has a king-size bed. There is also a double bed in the second bedroom. The couch in the kitchen/living room can also be used as a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. The space Skiing equipment can be rented easily in the sports shop directly at the bottom terminal of the nearby rope-way. The equipment can be easily stored in the basement. Ski boots can be put in the warm heating room in the evening. Bicycles can be stored securely in the garage. Guest access As a guest you will receive a key for the house and the apartment. The apartment is separate from the rest of the house. The bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom/WC are exclusively to use for the guests. Other things to note In accordance with the ordinance of the municipality of Mellau dated 25.4.2023, all guests over the age of 14 are obliged to pay a guest tax of € 2.90 per person per night. The guest tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at check-out. The main apartment on the first floor is occupied by Mrs Sema and Mr Samet Kizildag The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
