The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and newly built home in downtown historic Sanford, FL. Less than 10 minutes to the Sanford International Airport, this 3 BR, 2 BA, new stylish contemporary home is loaded with amenities to help make your stay enjoyable at Sanford Get Away Casa. All bedrooms have TVs, including family room and gaming room/office, which can be shut off from other rooms for a quiet space. Kitchen, family and dining rooms are an open space, great for entertaining. The space This newly constructed contemporary home is open and spacious for guests and entertaining. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet, separate bathroom with two sinks and oversized tiled shower. Two nice sized guest rooms, gaming room/office with futon that folds down for an extra sleeping space, (sheets, pillow and blanket for futon is in the closet in the first guest bedroom), large equipped kitchen, dining and family rooms. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are five tv's throughout the home set up through the internet for your viewing. Large covered porch/lanai off the back of the house great for outdoor entertaining. Equipped with washer/dryer as well. There is a porta crib under the bed in the master bedroom and a high chair in the master bedroom closet if traveling with infants or toddlers. The driveway is in the rear of the house and can fit two cars comfortably. There is room on the grass to the left of the driveway if a third vehicle is present. There is no street parking or parking allowed in the front of the house. The home is not set up with handicap services at this time such as bars in bathrooms, ramps and such, but is all one level, no steps or stairs. The pantry and garage are locked for owners use only, however, guests have use of the rest of the home. Two night minimum on the weekends. One night stays are available during the week if flying out early in the mornings or getting in late. House is conveniently located to I-4, 417, 429 and other major roads in Central Florida. 10 minutes away from the Sanford International Airport. 10 minutes to Boombah Sports Complex 35 minutes to Orlando International Airport. 40 minutes to Universal Studios. 50 minutes to Magic Kingdom. 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Center 50 minutes to Daytona Beach 40 minutes to New Smyrna Beach A little over an hour to Coca Beach Guest access Guests have access to the house and yard. The garage and pantry are locked for owner's use only. Other things to note There are neighbors on each side of the house, across the street and behind the house/alley. Please respect their privacy and quiet times. (11:00pm-7:00am). There is a privacy fence between one of the neighbors and the house, a lower fence on the other side with some foliage for privacy. Sitting on the back porch/lanai is pretty private for the most part. Please, no smoking of any kind inside the home, however, smoking is permitted outside on the porches/lanai. Please properly dispose of smoking materials in container/containers provided.
