private room in a shared apartment with pool!

Discover your ideal retreat! This well-furnished haven features a refreshing swimming pool, a well-equipped kitchen, a working space, dumbbells and a training bench for fitness enthusiasts. Only 12 minutes from the beach by car, and close to all amenities, this is your perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Welcome! The space at the entrance, first the dining area then the living room. there's a hallway at your right where you can find the kitchen then your bedroom at your left and your private bathroom at your right. my bedroom is at the end of the hallway. Guest access you can use all the spaces described above, exept obviously my bedroom 😅! dining area, living room, kitchen, balcony are sharrred spaces. During your stay During your stay, if you need anything, feel free to call me anytime. I'll respond as quickly as possible if I can, or you can send me a text message. Due to my work schedule, I may not always be available, but I do make time for the beach on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, where I enjoy playing frisbee with friends. You're welcome to join me if you'd like! Other things to note You have a Private room! the living room, kitchen and dining area are shared spaces with the host! Occasinally I can have one or two friends over, to workout or/and prepare a meal together...
