New family-friendly house in scenic North Zealand

Beautiful bright and modern townhouse located in a quiet and safe area close to several forests and lakes. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a newly built family-friendly residential area with two playgrounds in immediate proximity. The garden stretches around the house and offers a large wooden terrace and a buried trampoline that ensures many hours of fun, play and fun. There are two areas with wild flowers and a smaller garden pond that has been chosen to promote biodiversity and wildlife in the area The space We have three children aged 1-6 years, so our home is ideal for a family with smaller children. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, bathroom with washing machine and kitchen in open connection with dining room and living room. From the dining room there is direct access to the terrace and garden. The first floor offers a small landing that connects four rooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed (180x200 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) and an office space overlooking the residential area. The children's bedroom contains a bunk bed (160x70 cm) for two children and a crib for a smaller child. Opposite the children's room is an extra room with space for play and toys. NOTE: In the pictures, the crib is in the master bedroom. It's been moved to the children's room Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire home and garden. Since the home is our home, you as a guest will find that there are personal things in the house. For long-term rentals, we will of course make extra space for you as a guest, and we are always happy to enter into a dialogue about your needs. Other things to note We prepare our house clean and tidy and expect it to be handed over in the same condition at check-out unless otherwise agreed
