The space Charming apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Living room: double sofa bed, work/study area, blackout curtain and fan. Bedroom: double bed, split air-conditioning and fan. Laundry area with washing tub, washing machine and clothesline. Bathroom with a nice gas heater shower. We provide: a change of bed and bath linens, liquid soap, detergent and scrubber, salt and sugar, hairdryer, iron and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Smoking, pets and visitors are not allowed in the apartment. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a 50% charge of the daily rate, according to calendar availability. We ask that you make conscious use of water and electricity, not leaving anything open or on unnecessarily. Each guest is provided with a single set of linens and towels during the stay, regardless of the number of nights. Stained bed and bath linens will incur an extra charge for washing or replacing the item. Before check-in, a legible photo, front and back if applicable, of a valid official document in national territory of all guests of the stay is requested. The building's entrance is not 24 hours.
