A newly refurbished and well-equipped dog-friendly holiday cottage just off Pier Avenue, one of Southwold's most popular residential areas. The space Recently refurbished by the owner, Albany Cottage offers bright, modern holiday accommodation ideal for a family. With a cool palette of grey and white throughout there's a real sense of calm throughout this cosy cottage. The lounge is equipped with an electric fire, perfect for cooler evenings, a smart TV and smart speaker. There's ample seating to snuggle up to watch a good film or take some time to read a good book. The kitchen is compact, but very well equipped. Appliances include a dishwasher and washing machine and all the pots, pans and gadgets you could need to rustle up some delicious meals during your stay are provided. There's a folding table that opens to seat everyone, but on sunnier days you may prefer to dine al fresco to really make the most of your stay. Upstairs, there are three good-sized bedrooms; a double, a twin and a single. Each bedroom offers a comfortable bed/s, with hotel-style white bed linen, plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. The single and twin bedrooms both have views of the back garden. Outside, there's plenty of space for relaxing in the fresh air. There's a large lawn and with patio, complete with dining table and chairs. The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for letting your four-legged friend run around and explore. There's also a small courtyard to the front of the property. USEFUL INFORMATION Bed linen and towels are provided at this property. Please note that there is no WC in the shower room. The WC is in a separate room. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are provided at this property. If using the travel cot, please bring your own bedding. Albany Cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog. Please note that dogs must not be left unattended in the property at any time. Please see our terms and conditions for full details. Guest access This is a dog-friendly holiday home. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only. A supplement of £25 is payable directly to Durrants Holiday Cottages. If you are bringing a dog, please contact us to arrange payment. PLEASE NOTE: Please bring bedding for your dog. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture or in the bedrooms. You're bound to enjoy some lovely dog walks during your stay, but please ensure your dog is clean before entering the property.
