This cozy home in the heart of downtown Marysville is very centrally located! Just a couple minutes to Rideout Memorial Hospital, less than 5 minutes to Yuba City, 10 minutes to the new Hard Rock Casino, 30 minutes to Beale Air Force Base, 35 minutes to Oroville, 45 minutes to Sacramento! We don't live far so if guests need anything we encourage them to call or text! We will do all we can to make sure guests have a happy comfortable stay. The space The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, large pantry, as well as cutlery and miscellaneous utensils. Perfect for anyone looking to do some cooking/baking during their stay!! The living and dining room is very spacious and cozy! Beautiful dining room set for family dinners and a comfy sofa to relax on. In wall heating and air units work great! The first bedroom has a huge walk-in closet! The queen bed is very comfortable and dresser is provided for extra storage. There is a roomy restroom in the hallway with shower/bath. The second bedroom is the master bedroom and has a closet for additional storage space, a bed, and bathroom with shower. Huge garage comes with washer/dryer and various tools and gadgets. These are available for guests to use as needed. The covered garage is an ideal spot to park a vehicle. There is also a large driveway and ample amount of street parking. Small side yard with picnic table provided, great for family dinners. Pets are negotiable! Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire home, garage, front yard, side yard, and driveway.
