A small little bungalow/cottage that has all the basics you need for a beach vacation. Located within a 2 - 5 minute walk to the beach, bar/restaurants and Boat launch. Perfect for a couples get away or a family of 4. Kids welcomed. Our Place is a 4 night minimum from June 15- Sept 1 before or after that if an inquiry is sent for less days we will accept the offer if it's available. The space Cozy little cottage with a private one bedroom with queen bed. Queen sofa bed in common area. Kitchenette with all basic dishes and cooking needs. Microwave, toaster, small refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker (coffee and filters provided) and an electric tea kettle. All towels and linens are provided. Hairdryer and toiletries are also provided. 32" Roku tv with spectrum internet provided in the common area. Guest access There is a nice yard for play that is shared by the other rental on the property. Other things to note An air mattress can be provided along with a pack 'n' play by request.
