A gem. Coach House, beautiful Oxfordshire village

A beautifully appointed 2 double bedroom 17th Century Coach House on the village green in the beautiful village of Kirtlington. Close to Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds, Kirtlington Park, Oxfordshire Way, Diddly Squat Farm and Bicester Village Shopping outlet. We have a great local pub, The Oxford Arms, a very popular new restaurant at The Dashwood by Aziz, with other eateries a short drive away. For those seeking a touch of luxury we are close to Estelle Manor, SoHo Farmhouse and RH The space The delightful accommodation is on the first floor with private access, and combines contemporary living with historic details. The property features two double bedrooms both with wardrobes, hangers, storage and quality cotton bedding and towels. There is a hairdryer for convenience. The large lounge has two sofas and a cosy armchair and a large oak coffee table. There is a large Tv with access to major streaming channels. Why not bring your own CDs or even vinyl to enjoy on our retro player? We have a selection of maps, games and guidebooks in the bookcase. For those who have to work, there is a desk and we have super fast broadband. The modern kitchen/diner features oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine and has all the crockery and cookware you could need. We are happy to provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar and porridge to welcome you. The bathroom features an over bath drench shower and there is a separate cloakroom. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided. Because the Coach House is accessed by a flight of stairs it is unsuited to some guests with mobility issues. We can provide a travel cot for those with little ones but sadly cannot accommodate your beloved pets Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire space. There is ample parking at the village hall just a few metres away. Other things to note For the benefit of the majority of guests we do not accept smoking or pets in the Coach House.
