The entire house has tile flooring with rugs in every room except the dining room. There are 3 televisions in the house. All televisions have a fire stick tv remote to watch FireTV. Freevee & Pluto are free apps to watch movies, tv shows, and local channels. Also you can log into your own account on the other apps (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, and more) listed on our televisions. I will send you the WiFi password 2 days before your reservation. Cleaning supplies are available for our guests to use during their stay. Guests have access to a vacuum, broom, mop and bucket. Extra towels, wash cloths, hand towels are available in the bathroom closet. Extra paper towels and toilet paper are provided as well. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking, and dining needs. Silverware, cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, coffee mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, baking pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, kitchen knives, and more available in the kitchen. Refrigerator has an ice maker and water dispenser. Enjoy making your coffee with our Keurig coffee maker. Coffee pods, tea, creamer, honey, seasonings, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, vinegar, vegetable oil, olive oil, cooking spray, toothpicks, oven mitts, pitcher, disposable plates, disposable cups, straws, chip clips, and extra hand towels, and more provided. Crockpot, waffle maker, blender, toaster, air fryer and Kitchenaid mixer are available in the kitchen. Extra trash bags, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and Tupperware are available as well. We also have a fire extinguisher and cleaning supplies. Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher available for use during your stay. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dish detergent/dawn are provided. Living room: tv with firestick remote, ceiling fan with light, two lamps, couch (seats up to 3 people) swivel chair, and blankets. Adult, teen, and children books & board games are also available for our guests. Extra seating for up to 3 guests on our bar stools Dining room: Wood table with 4 chairs and place mats as well as a dining room light fixture Fenced in Grass Backyard: Wood deck with whicker patio furniture and deck box. Deck box holds all the patio furniture cushions. Driveway: parking available for up to 4 cars The driveway is big enough for a horse trailer or trailer with equipment. Keyless entry: you will receive a code before you check in Guest access Parking is available on the driveway for up to 4 cars. Other things to note We do not allow pets inside or outside of the house. No smoking inside of the house. You are more than welcome to smoke on the back porch. No parties or large gatherings. No parking on the grass. The outdoor storage building is not available to guests. Trash should be disposed in the green trash can outside. We have a weekly trash pickup service. Outdoor cushions should be placed in the deck box after each use. Dishes and utensil must be washed after using. Pots, pans, and wine glasses are to be washed by hand. Towels are to be placed in the washing machine before checking out. All trash must be collected and put in the green trash can before checking out. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems or concerns with the house. Guests are responsible for any repairs or damages. Please do not remove anything from the house.
