Welcome to our beautiful house with lake view in a fantastic location between Plau, Malchow and Röbel! In the 75 sqm apartment and the over 4000 sqm, completely fenced and quiet garden you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax! Around us you will find plenty of nature, beautiful forests, many rivers and lakes with endless possibilities for hiking, cycling, boating, fishing and much more! The space The living space of the 2-room apartment is 75 square meters. We have lovingly renovated and furnished it over the past few months. The apartment includes: - Bedroom with large wardrobe and smart TV - Small but fine bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating - Living room overlooking the garden and access to the private terrace - Dining area with fully equipped luxury kitchen + kitchen island (view of the green courtyard and the Rogeezer shallow water lake, where silver herons and cranes frolic throughout the summer) - Spacious hallway - Separate entrance on the front of the house (our private entrance is on the back of the house) Guest access You will use a separate apartment in a semi-detached house with a shared spacious garden. In the garden, you have your own garden furniture and private areas. The entrance to the apartment is on the front of the house, while the owners' entrance is on the back. Other things to note Dogs are welcome! We also have our dear Jack Russell mix Eddie, our farm cats Flöte and Fritzi and our 7 chickens. Your dogs should therefore get along with other animals.
