Private Room in Quiet, Safe Aledo Cul-de-Sac

This stylish place to stay is perfect for short term & private housing in a quiet cul de sac with access to a mountain bike/hiking trail, gorgeous sunsets, and great neighbors and only 25 minutes from Fort Worth. This home contains 4 bed/4 baths with a flex room containing free weights and an upstairs bonus room with a multifunctional game table containing ping pong, pool, & air hockey. This home is pet and smoke free. Must be ok with older children in the shared spaces on a part time basis. The space This is a brand new 3536 sq ft custom built home and comes fully furnished. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. A separate laundry room with a brand new full size washer and dryer are available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, and coffee maker (regular coffee grounds provided). The fully fenced in backyard overlooks a bluff and offers privacy. Your room has a queen bed and oversized closet, with a remote control or app based light with a ceiling fan and a private bathroom next to your room. The bathroom contains towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and a hair dryer. I have the ability to host additional guests if arrangements are made in advance. A $10 per person per night fee will be added to your nightly rate. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire home and all of its amenities including the kitchen, laundry, weight room, and recreational table. I have the ability to host additional people on sofa sleeper and air mattresses on a case by case basis. Send a message to discuss options and pricing. This is my primary residence, but I always enjoy having company to share the space with, or if you seek privacy and solitude that works too.
