The Window Suite is not just a place to stay; it's a space where you can create beautiful memories. Please note that our pet fee is $75 and if you bring a dog but fail to indicate the pup at booking, there is a $150 non-disclosure fee. Cozy times: Take advantage of the fire pit but don't forget your firewood! Also, simply enjoy the mesmerizing view (that rivals that of Chapel in the Sky at Nantahala Weddings) through our oversized windows from the couch with an espresso or coffee. Activities: While you're here, there's a plethora of activities to explore in the surrounding mountains. We're nature enthusiasts, and to align with our love for the environment, we use biodegradable cleaning materials and try to our best to do our part for the health of our planet and our guests. During your stay, we kindly ask that you recycle – general waste in the front, and cans or glassware in the designated bag behind. Getting to the Wedding Venue: Please enjoy the magic of our connection trail to the venue. If you're planning to walk the trail to and from the wedding venue at night, we've added solar lighting to illuminate the path. While we've taken measures to enhance safety, please exercise caution, especially if alcohol is involved. Your well-being is our top priority. Although I reside in Franklin, which is a 30-minute drive down curvy Wayah Road, I'm more than willing to drive out anytime if needed. During your stay at the Window Suite, you'll have exclusive access to the upper section of the suite, featuring a welcoming front deck, living room with a large pull-out sofa, kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with king-sized bed, and a charming backyard complete with a fire pit and chairs for you and a few guests. The lower garage area is a GAMEROOM! Dedicated to hosting and entertaining the other half of the wedding party in a cozy setting. Pool table, corn hole, shuffle boars, fuss ball, large couches and lazy chairs, and the fire pit. Washer and dryer available for use in the utility room of the gameroom. Other things to note INCLUDED! - Breakfast: Granola with nuts and seeds (milk not provided) - The coffee: KCups (2/person/day) and a traditional drip coffee machine. - Game room with billards table and lounge space - Washer/dryer Notes: - Undisclosed Pet Fee - please let me know if you are bringing a dog (cats not allowed) because I will have to deep clean as a result. Failure to disclose pets will result in a $200 fee. - Fire wood: There may or may not be fire wood for the fire pit, please bring your own. Please be aware and adhere to fire bans - this happens when conditions are extremely dry (I will inform you before your stay if a fire-ban is in-effect).
