End of the line is University of Melbourne and Carlton, which is where the famous Lygon Street is. The space Much larger than the average one bedroom rental as this is actually a 2 bedroom apartment, with the children's room locked when we rent the apartment out (be assured, as it's not our permanent home, it is not filled with personal items and is clutter free). Bedroom has both privacy and block out blinds. Quality linens and towels. Brand new Glen Huntly train station (Frankston line) is a 5 minute walk and then you can be in the city in 20 mins, and Richmond station for access to Rod Laver, MCG, AAMI Park in 18 mins. Chadstone Shopping Centre is a 7 min drive away or under 20 mins on public transport. Woolworths and local shops 5 min walk. Koornang Road, with a great selection of restaurants is 12 minute walk in the other direction. If you have a car for your stay, we have secure, undercover parking and will supply you with garage fob. Exit your car from the basement and reach the apartment via lift. Very convenient and safe. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if you will require the garage. Guest access All shared areas, main bedroom & ensuite are available for your use. Our children's bedroom is Not accessible or available for use. Undercover, secure parking is available, but you need to arrange this with us prior to your arrival. Other things to note In person check-in possible from 12pm-3pm (please agree check-in time with us as soon as possible, to ensure smooth key handover). Out of these hours check-in at any time (24hrs/day) is possible via key collection from 7-Eleven store at Caulfiedl Station 2km/one train stop away.
