Stunning views during the day of Batman Park and the Yarra river and by night the city lights. The living room features a comfortable lounge that doubles as a double pull-out bed for those extra people staying, with a comfortable chaise lounge to the side for extra seating. The chaise side of the lounge lifts up were you will find extra blankets if needed. A smart television is in full view when seated in the living area. A Double glazed glass door reveals a protected balcony area with a view to the city skyline. Inside the sheltered balcony lies a four seater dining table and full kitchen which includes an electric oven and induction cook top, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, full size fridge with a freezer and many more appliances. Cooking will be a breeze or if you dont wish to cook, pop down to the local restuarants and enjoy the time to relax with a beautiful meal. Free Wifi available with a dedicated workspace and chair. The bedroom has a queen size bed with sliding privacy screens to be kept open or closed for that extra privacy. The bedroom has a mirrored wardrobe with ample space for your belongings and side tables and lamps for extra storage. The queen bed lifts up with storage underneath, were you will find the clothes drying rack and an extra blanket. The bathroom is sleek and neat, featuring a full size mirror, a long vanity and a spacious shower. There is a washing machine for your use. Please make sure the taps are turned off after use. There is a public car park located in the next tower for private parking and you will be responsible for your own parking and fees. Please obey their rules. Kindly observe the 12noon check-out time so that the cleaners have enough time to thoroughly prepare the apartment for the next guests. Please leave the apartment neat and tidy when checking out. DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES If smoking occurs in the property, we will charge guests to have the furnishings and carpets deodorised.
