Other things to note 📋 House Rules & Booking Requirements To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before booking: ✅ Please review all house rules prior to check-in. 📧 A Rental Agreement will be sent via email and must be signed prior to arrival. Access to the property will not be granted until the agreement is signed. 🆔 All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID. We only accept reservations from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone over 25 throughout the stay. 🚭 This is a smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted inside or in any enclosed areas. A minimum fee as outlined below applies for violations. 💸 Damage Fees are outlined in the Rental Agreement. A minimum fee of $300 applies for any violation of house rules, including smoking, unauthorized guests, or property misuse. Please note this is our personal residence, there is no access to the shop or basement as this is reserved for our belongings.
