This beautiful old farmhouse, partly renovated, allows you to enjoy a completely renovated main house of 180m2 for 7 adults and 1child (+2nd child bed & 1 travel cot on request). The 3ha land has a garden area, a pergola, an interior courtyard where you can park up to 7 vehicles, a pasture with our 3 donkeys and a pond (unprotected for children but far from the house). An outbuilding and a non-accessible barn complete the property. The space BEDS: The main house is made up of 3 bedrooms with double beds: 1 bedroom with a 180x200cm hotel quality bed and 2 bedrooms with a 160x200cm hotel quality beds, as well as a bedroom with a child's bed (140x70cm with barrier) . A second child's bed (120x60cm) on request. A 90x200cm hotel quality floor mattress is also available. On request (3€/night), a baby cot can be installed with sheets included. If needed, an independent studio of 30m2 can be rented in addition with a 140x190cm double bed on the mezzanine, a 2nd double bed 140x200cm and a sofa bed (clic-clac) of 120x180cm for one person. THE HOUSE: You can enjoy a large living room of 80m2, its fireplace, a large equipped kitchen, a bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, an office. THE EXTERIORS: an interior courtyard that can accommodate 7 vehicles, a quiet garden, a pergola with outdoor table for 8 people and its barbecue, a 3ha pasture where our 4 donkeys lounge around a pond (unprotected for the children but far from home). Guest access The house is completely accessible to travelers as well as the exterior. Only a barn and an outbuilding on the land are not accessible. Not accessible to disabled people.
