Downmead Studio Boutique Luxury Accommodation is a unique custom built house nestled in the middle of the Blackdown Hills. The perfect place for a luxury retreat with friends or family In a beautiful village location with stunning uninterrupted views and luxury surroundings. The space You firstly Will walk into a large open plan living space. On the left is a large open plan living room with comfy L- shape sofa and two armchairs. Along with a large 65 inch HD freesat tv and DVD player and LED glass fire. We have a selection of family friendly board games, books and dvds for guests to enjoy On the right is a large open plan kitchen and dining space with a large picture window to enjoy our breathtaking views over breakfast. The dining table will seat 8 - 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, double ovens , induction hob and wine fridge. Follow the hallway to the first bedroom with a super king size bed and own family bathroom with large walk - in shower, full size tub and double vanity. At the end of the hallway you will find the larger bedroom with 2 full size double beds and en -suite shower room with large walk in shower and vanity. Each bed has a super comfy gel layer mattress with double mattress protection that is changed after each guest for ultimate cleanliness. Each bed has 3 different pillow types on each side so guests can make a choice based on their pillow preference . Both bedrooms have multi charging points by each bedside and professional hairdryers and straighteners . Each bathroom has luxury hand and body wash along with salon Professional shampoo and conditioners and super soft luxury towels. The Studio has large aluminium easy slide bifold doors that open out onto a deck nestled under an ancient oak tree. On the deck we have a large family bbq along with a bench style dining table and two comfy outdoor armchairs. There is also a small hot tub tucked away in a private space for complete privacy. The deck has the most breathtaking views of the Blackdown Hills that can be enjoyed from any of the rooms. The Studios heating and hot water is provided by a air source heat pump via underfloor heating that can be controlled individually by thermostats in each room. We also have a Bluetooth speaker system controlled by a panel on the wall so you can enjoy your favourite playlist while enjoying a glass of something inside or outside . Guest access As you enter the driveway on the left is guest parking then follow the path down to the pergola and onto the studio. We also have an EV charger for guests to use down by the garage at an extra cost please let us know in advance if you need to use the charger so we can make sure it is available.
