In the beautiful Kesseltal, nature enthusiasts and animal lovers will find a wonderful place to relax. Our vacation home is a small renovated discharge house, connected to a greenhouse/conservatory and surrounded by fruit trees and animals. Our children will be happy to take you on a small tour of the farm to the animals. There are chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, ponies, dogs, quails, cats, cows and calves. Feel free to book pony rides or a horseback ride. The space In the vacation home there is a small pantry next to the entrance. In the large open room is a small kitchen, a dining table, a 0.80 x 1.80 m crib and the 1.40 x 2 m bed. In the house is a bathroom with shower and sink. In the converted attic there are two 0.80 x 2 m mattresses for sleeping. You enter the attic via a wooden ladder. In addition, there is a sink and toilet in another small room. The house is directly connected via a patio door to a large approx. 35 m² greenhouse/conservatory where you can relax under and next to plants. Guest access You can use the holiday home and the conservatory (greenhouse). Outside, you can sit on the terrace between the beautiful wall. Or look for a sh shaded spot in a niche in the wall. You can also stay on the great fruit meadow, have a picnic or play. For safety reasons, you are not allowed to go to the animals in the paddock or stable alone. Of course, we go with you to the animals, explain everything about the special old farm animal breeds, let you help with feeding and mucking out. In addition, your children may brush and groom our ponies under supervision. Pony rides in the riding arena or a guided ride cost extra. We are happy to make appointments for riding upon your arrival. Other things to note The house is heated by a wood stove. Of course the house is pleasantly warm when you arrive at our place. To keep it warm, you can also heat the oven. The wooden box is filled and if you need more wood you can get wood, this is located right next to the house in our small former beehive. The stove not only warms the house but also heats the service water (water for showers). The house is well insulated and keeps the heat for a very long time. In addition, there is a small cooking stove in the house with which you can cook and bake. (Of course, there is also an induction hob and an electric oven). There are no curtains. If you like it dark when you sleep, you should bring a sleeping mask.
