Our newly renovated holiday flat has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your stay is both enjoyable and unforgettable. Accommodating up to 6 guests (with 1 double bed and 2 sofa bed), it’s perfect for families, couples, or small travel groups. Please note that the apartment is non-smoking, and we do not accommodate pets. Kurtaxe will be charged at place: 2 € per Person/Night (from 16 years), 1 € for children (6–15 years). The cleaning fee is €20. Other things to note Important information about the accommodation: The apartment is located in a quiet multi-family building with predominantly elderly residents. We therefore kindly ask you to behave respectfully and considerately. Please note in particular: - Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the entire building, including the balcony. This also applies to substances used for medical purposes, as smoke and odors may disturb other residents. - The apartment is not suitable for loud gatherings or parties.
