After a long day of excursions, you can end the day in a quiet area. The house is surrounded by banana plantations and fields, but the sights can be reached quickly. The space 1st floor – 2-bedroom apartment The staircase leads directly into the open kitchen and living area. In the living room, you will find a large, comfortable L-shaped couch with decorative pillows and a wooden table with glass top for setting down your drinks or eating meals. If you get bored, you can use the flat-screen TV in the shelf wall specially made for this apartment. Some books are also available for borrowing in the apartment. The picture is rounded off by decoration. The living room also has air conditioning and has its own balcony on the garden side. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals in the apartment. There is a 4-burner gas stove available and a large fridge/freezer to accommodate your purchases. A kettle is also available. In the master bedroom there is a double bed with 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. For the warm travel season, the bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and additionally with air conditioning to make the nights more pleasant. From the master bedroom you have access to a balcony that leads to the small residential street. In the children's bedroom there are 2 single beds and a wardrobe. A nightstand is also available. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower and a toilet with bidet function. Under the washbasin there is a sliding cabinet for additional storage space. Guest access The large roof terrace that directly adjoins the studio can be used and the pool and pool area in the neighboring building.
