Welcome to my Unique Art Residency. What I can offer You is a comfortable bed in a unique preserved artist loft in a large size rooftop apartment with heigh ceilings located in a quiet, residential street in Kreuzberg. Aside plenty of great art and books at my home you will enjoy Berlin's trendy neighbourhood with bars, restaurants and parks nearby. A perfect locations for singles or a couple. The space the flat is a large size Altbau apartment in a 1870's building on the top floor with several rooms and two unique preserved Studio's. Your private room is a large, charming Studio space with a Queen size bed, 140x200cm, a second separate single bed upon request and a distinguished selection of art and books to enrich your stay. I will welcome you in person and show you around the flat. Guest access you'll find your own entrance to the Studio, your own private guest toilet, a shared kitchen and a shared bath room with all towels provided. Mind you there is no elevator in the house and you'll have to climb the staircase. During your stay I’ll be available to offer my help and give recommendations. Registration Details 02/Z/AZ/017831-23
