The space Martha's Harbour's entrance is through the adorable bistro patio area and from the small parking space which has been recently added. You walk into the slate-floored entrance hall that has a fabulous old stove. It has a warm and welcoming vibe with the atmosphere of a historical cottage but also opens up into wide and bright open plan accommodation. Martha's harbour has one king size room and one twin on the ground floor with access to a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a gorgeous double bedroom with an ensuite shower and bath. Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor which is ideal for multigenerational holidays. We have a wonderful open plan kitchen, living room and dining room with amazing huge bay windows looking out on the walled garden with climbing roses and wild flowers adorning the walls. Guest access Martha's Harbour is bright and airy in the summer, where the Cornish light streams into the living space and the garden welcomes you as you sit near the shade of the cherry tree surrounded by flowers. You can sometimes hear the sea, and often the lambs and horses trotting by. The stars are very bright at night and the smells of the hedgerows waft on the sea breeze. In the shoulder or winter months, Martha's Harbour is warm and cosy as you explore the wild beauty of the Cornish Coast Path which is a few metres from the property. Martha's Harbour is in the centre of hamlet that has a delightful atmosphere of quiet yet holiday and local community vibes. The adorable village hall at the end of the garden will host teas and activities such as yoga and talks from locals which you are welcome to join. Other things to note New parking space has been added for a small/medium size car which is fantastic. Other parking is available for bigger or extra cars in the farmer's field, a 2 min walk away
