No other pets are allowed. There are no additional fees associated. NO AC: There is no air conditioning available at this property. The majority of homes in our mountain climate do not have AC as it is rarely necessary. Fans are provided in bedroom closets or available upon request. SEASONAL: Patio furniture and BBQ grills are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow. FOR THE COOK: The property has pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cookware, but it does not include spices and oils, because these can attract bears when the property is sitting vacant.  In turn, we kindly request that guests bring any personal cooking oils, spices, and condiments you may require.
