Atypical quiet and sunny loft with its 20 m2 grassy terrace located on the top floor of a modern and secure residence. Please note that check-in is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. For more information, please see the detailed description below. :) The space This magnificent two-room apartment is located in the heart of Casablanca in front of the Parc Urbain du Vélodrome, it has a very attractive location allowing you to have easy access to the corniche, the train station (10 min), the various business areas and tourist places of the city. On the 4th floor and second to last floor of a modern building, this apartment has a beautiful bedroom, a living room with dining area and large grassy terrace (synthetic) of more than 20 m2, an American kitchen with its bar and a spacious bathroom with a marble walk-in shower. 79 m², central and in a quiet alley, overlooking a courtyard. It is fully furnished and well equipped: satellite TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, central air conditioning. The building is located in a quiet and secure alley 24 hours a day. It is located 100 m from the Carrefour Market Gourmet and 2 min from the Golden Triangle and Anfa, which are part of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Casablanca, 5 min from the best restaurants and lounges in the city (Corniche by Palmeraie, Cascade, Cabestan...), 7 min from the Hassan II Mosque, the must-see monument to visit, and it is close to all amenities (exchange offices, banks, supermarket, tobacco shop, market, supermarket, bakery, chocolate maker, snack...) In terms of amenities, the studio has: - A 42" smart TV with Satellite access; - A 30 MB internet connection; - A Nespresso machine; - An electric kettle for your herbal teas The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m/2.00 m) from the luxurious SIMMONS range with two medical pillows. For added comfort, we have added a 2.20 m / 2.40 m duvet and two other pillows. The closet contains hangers and an iron. The large walk-in shower is equipped with a 100 L water heater that allows you to enjoy hot water non-stop. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, it has a refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, 4-burner conduction hob and toaster for good morning toast. Our cleaning routine is very rigorous, we disinfect the studio completely after each guest, making sure to keep an aeration time before closing or welcoming a new guest. Guest access Access to the studio loft is completely autonomous. Indeed, the door incorporates a smart lock that makes it possible to generate a unique access code for each booking, valid only for the duration of the booking, to the minute. Other things to note Important Note: If you are a Moroccan couple, make sure to bring a marriage certificate.
