There are no lights or electricity at the dock The property has seasonal water and the water levels will begin dropping in October and will not return to normal levels at the end of March. During this time, you may not be able to get a boat into the slip. You are still welcome to venture down by the water's edge to fish, kayak, or sit and enjoy the water. Other things to note The property is on a hill and the driveway is fairly steep.
