Centrally located by the shared kitchen and the shared room with oven and piano. And yet, the retreat is particularly inviting here. The sound of the stream promotes relaxing silence and serenity in this cozy corner of the house. Like a soothing cave in the middle of the community. It is also wonderful for a short trip with a child, as they can move freely in the immediate vicinity and still remain in communication. The bathroom with large tub is also directly behind the kitchen. The ground floor is created in such a way that you basically reach all the rooms in a circle. Here is another guest room, a small single room on the other side of the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating. Cats also stay in the common rooms from time to time. Very cuddly companions if you like.
