2 peaceful houses with stays offering relaxation and comfort for your stays with friends or family. The cottages are 5 minutes from a range of shops, restaurants, activities and the Eawy Forest. It is 30 minutes from Dieppe Beach. For outings there is Bocasse Park, Canadian Wildlife Park, Clères Zoo... On site you can enjoy a heated swimming pool with sunbathing, a Nordic bath, a game room with a pool table and a foosball table, ping pong, outdoor games. The space For this listing, the displayed price is for renting both cottages together: The Epinay gîte on the ground floor with: - a first bedroom with a 200 cm wide king size bed + a workspace (free Wi-Fi) - a second bedroom with either a 180 cm wide double bed or two single beds - a sofa bed with two small seats 110 cm wide (with mattress topper, living room with blackout curtains) - a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and a bath with jets. The Gîte de l'Epinay Mirabelle with one floor: - a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm double bed - a second bedroom upstairs with either a 180 cm wide double bed + a single bed or three single beds - a third bedroom upstairs with a 160 cm double bed + a work area (free Wi-Fi) + a bathroom with bathtub for two and a sink - a shower room with walk-in shower and double sink on the ground floor - you can enjoy a Nordic bath installed on the terrace, private with a beautiful outdoor layout for your tranquility Each of the two cottages has a living room with open kitchen, dining area and wood-burning stove. Both cottages can be rented separately, which means that dates can be blocked quickly. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions. During the months of July and August we do not take weekend bookings unless there are a few days available between two stays. Guest access The cottage is located in the heights of Saint Saëns amidst pastures and fields. The city center is a 5-minute drive away (Carrefour market, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, restaurants...) You have a large parking lot with a separate entrance to the cottages. You also have access to the pool ----> From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday from April to September. ----> From April to September. It is closed by a sliding terrace when not in use and surrounded by a closed barrier with padlock. Guests can also enjoy a games room with pool table and foosball. ----> No schedule for the room. You can walk around the garden and access the outdoor playground. Other things to note Check-in is at 6:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m. These times are flexible depending on the situation - Departure of guests preceding the same day as your arrival or not - arrival of guests following the same day as your departure or not - if you want to check in in the morning, you will need to book the night before (e.g. you want to arrive on Friday morning, you will need to book the night from Thursday to Friday) - same if you want to leave in the afternoon or later, you will need to book the next night - other cases not mentioned may occur
