Private basement apartment near Quantico base

Private basement apartment. It is a 1 bedroom but i can add a 2nd bed to the living room area and there is a cloth screen for privacy for the 2nd bed (see pictures). It has a separate entrance and you will have exclusive access to the basement during your stay. The property sits on half an acre and is the only house on the small side street. The unit has a full kitchen and full bathroom. The space The basement entrance is on the right side of the house (walk-up basement, 10 steps). The location is near Quantico and the Stafford Corporate Center at Boswells Corner. The full size bed is a memory foam mattress that is mid-to-firm. Important other considerations about the place: I live in the main house with a housemate. There are also three dogs that live with us (two German shepherds and one small chihuahua). We are generally pretty quiet; I try not to let the dogs bark that often and they sleep upstairs. I also try not to let them roam around the main floor after 9pm but sometimes it is inevitable. When people (or dogs) are in or walking on the main floor you may hear us moving around and may hear the TV or talking. The kitchen is right above the basement bedroom so if the sink is being used or if someone is cooking, you may hear that. All the water in the house drains to the basement, so you may hear running water whenever anyone is using the sink, toilet, or shower. We try to limit noise as much as possible when folks are staying downstairs, especially after 10pm. There is usually someone around if you need any assistance with anything. Guest access The entire basement apartment (full bathroom, bedroom, full kitchen, and living room (living room can be made to optional bedroom - see pictures). Other things to note There is 1 full size bed. An additional queen size bed is available that can be placed in the living room (there is a privacy curtain that can also be utilized -- see pictures).
