Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Patches Barn is nestled in the center of our family farm, set amongst nature in rural Worcestershire. With direct access onto many footpaths this is the perfect location for countryside lovers or those who just want to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet. The Barn is spacious, yet has a cosy feel where you can relax and unwind after a day in the fresh air exploring the local area. The space Patches Barn was formally a cattle shed from when we were a working Dairy Farm and we have retained many of the original features which makes it a beautiful character property. It is set on a green lane which leads to miles of footpaths, including local nature reserves, the Worcestershire way and the Malvern Hills. The Barn is set across 2 floors, you will enter via the undercover porch, which is a perfect space for stowing muddy wellies, then into the entrance hall which leads into the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and offers a large kitchen table for sociable dining, along a couple of comfortable chairs for morning coffee. Being glass fronted makes it a light space. The kitchen leads onto the snug, a cosy space with 2 large sofas and a large smart TV, perfect for rainy days. This leads onto the second reception room which boasts a wood burning stove and ample seating, perfect for sociable occasions. There is also a downstairs bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and a family bathroom, which has a bath and a shower. Please note that the carport contains an office which is rented to a 3rd party. Guest access The footprint of Patches Barn is large and guests have full access to the property. It is self check in and self check out, so no need to see us if you don't want. Other things to note Towels and bed linen is provided, along with other essentials such as toilet roll, toiletries, cleaning products, tea bags, coffee pods, salt, pepper etc. We provide a starter pack of firewood and kindling and guests are welcome to purchase more on site (£8) Please note that a car is essential if you wish to explore the local area.
