The apartment is in the heart of Naples in a very quiet residential area, a 3-minute walk from the Materdei metro, line 1, famous for the presence of the Starita pizzeria. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center, a UNESCO heritage site, and the whole city, moving around with great ease thanks to the metro. The apartment is large and is always bright with two green balconies where you can sunbathe or have breakfast. It's on the third floor. The apartment is my personal home that I make available to guests who intend to visit Naples by staying in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Naples a short walk from the historic center, a UNESCO heritage site. My personal belongings are in the apartment, so the utmost care is required in all rooms. Treat it as if it were your home for the duration of your stay. The main bedroom for guests (2) is a double bedroom with a comfortable 160x190 double bed. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe with a highlighted part dedicated to guests (the remaining part contains part of my clothes). The bathroom is in the hallway and is equipped with all amenities including bathtub, whirlpool (please use with caution if necessary) with shower. The living room is large, inside there is a large bookcase, you can browse the books but please do not damage them and put them back in their place and it is absolutely forbidden to take them out. There is also a huge 4k TV screen connected to Netflix, Prime Video and Disney Plus. The dining room with kitchen is large with dining table and peninsula area, it is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, dishes and everything you need. You can use what you prefer and please do not damage anything. There are 2 balconies furnished with plants and wooden supports for sitting, in one of the two balconies there is also an extendable table and two stools if you want to eat outside. The apartment is available in 2 formulas: full use or room use. This listing is for the room, in another listing you can reserve it for full private use.
