Lili Apartment

The "Lili" apartment is located in Mühlbach am Höckönig, Austria, halfway between Salzburg and Zell am See. Here you can relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The neighborhood is a paradise for skiers in winter and hikers in summer. The apartment sleeps 4 people, so it is ideal for families (2 adults+2 children). However, the space may be limited for 4 adults, please take this into account when booking! The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and has a floor area of 30 m2. It has an entrance hall, a bathroom, a sleeping compartment, a living and dining area and a kitchen (the living room, dining room, kitchen, sleeping compartment are in one air space!). The apartment also has a terrace (5 m2). Guests can sleep on a double bed (160*200 cm) in the sleeping compartment and on a pull-out sofa (140*200) in the living room. You don't have to bring bed linen, we'll provide it. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob (portable, single zone), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand blender, coffee machine (Nespresso) and a small refrigerator (freezer). You don't have to bring sugar, salt, coffee capsules, tea filters, dish soap... etc. with you, because it's all there! :) The bathroom has a shower, hand washbasin and toilet. We provide towels and a hair dryer. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment (including furnishings, household appliances). Parking in front of the apartment house is free for guests. Other things to note The booked price includes the checkout cleaning fee and local taxes, so there is no extra cost. Guests can access the apartment key using a lockbox with an individual PIN code. Please note that: • No smoking in the apartment, • no Wi-Fi, • Snow chains or four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended in winter.
