Other things to note Summary of Rental Agreement Terms Before confirming your stay, we ask guests to review and sign a short rental agreement to ensure alignment on expectations. Here’s what it includes: • Applies to All Booking Platforms: Agreement covers stays booked through Airbnb, VRBO, direct sites, etc. Airbnb’s terms take precedence if there’s any conflict. • No Additional Credit Card Handling for Airbnb Guests: We do not receive your credit card details or charge a separate security deposit if you book through Airbnb. • Background Check Clause: We reserve the right to perform a background check prior to your stay. Bookings made under false names may be canceled. • Damage and Cleaning Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Charges may apply. • Occupancy Limits: No more than the approved number of guests are allowed. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. • Noise and Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to sunrise. Noise monitors may be used; two complaints can result in immediate eviction without refund. • No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or hookah use is strictly prohibited inside. Smoke detectors may be installed. • No Pets Without Approval: Pets must be pre-approved. Unauthorized pets may incur a $200 fee + cleaning charges.
