The space The Norma apartment of about 95 square meters on the first floor , is located inside a renovated 1800s Podere located in Valtriano di Fauglia (PI). Il Podere Il Cerrone is a beautiful structure , in a hilly position, immersed in the green of the Tuscan countryside, equipped with a large shaded parking lot. Located in a historic and traditional area, Il Podere is well connected to the main cities and tourist resorts of Tuscany, 25 minutes from the sea. The Norma apartment has an unfenced garden with a relaxation area, a gazebo with a wooden table and benches, and a barbecue trolley.
