The space The Norma apartment of about 95 square meters on the first floor is located in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse located in Valtriano di Fauglia (PI). Il Podere Il Cerrone is a beautiful property, in a hilly position, surrounded by the green Tuscan countryside, with a large shaded parking lot. Located in an area rich in history and traditions, Il Podere is well connected to the main cities and tourist resorts of Tuscany, 25 minutes from the sea. The Norma apartment has an unfenced garden with a relaxation area, a gazebo with a wooden table and benches, and a barbecue trolley. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and is furnished with some original rustic furniture from the late 1800s that recalls the rural past of the house. It has two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed; a bathroom with a tub, two sinks and a bidet, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a terrace with a table for lunch and dinner, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove, oven and electric coffee maker.
