The Bathroom - roll top bath next to wooden window seat and ham stone mullion window, shower, large sink and wooden floors. The Kitchen - double range oven, fridge, new dishwasher, microwave, TV, plenty of work top space, seating for two at breakfast bar, adjoining toilet and tiled floor with oak window. Full cutlery and crockery and access to a freezer in a separate room. The Dining Room - high ceiling room with oak window, formal dining table and chairs, dressers and ornamental ham stone fireplace. The Sitting Room - Ornamental fire place with log burner, mullion hamstone widow, sofas and a TV with access to Netflix etc... Guest access The Pallet Room (bedroom) Private bathroom Landing and stairs Kitchen, Dining Room, Hallway and Sitting Room. Front Garden. During your stay I live in Home Farm and will be around to help with any issues.
