With access to your own private bathroom, the kitchen, dining room and sitting room, Home Farm has 45 acres of land with footpaths threading through it for countryside walks whilst the yard offers easy parking. The space The Pallet Room - double bed with wardrobe and small chest of drawers for storage and ham stone mullion window. The Bathroom - roll top bath next to wooden window seat and ham stone mullion window, shower, large sink and wooden floors. The Kitchen - double range oven, fridge, new dishwasher, microwave, TV, plenty of work top space, seating for two at breakfast bar, adjoining toilet and tiled floor with oak window. Full cutlery and crockery and access to a freezer in a separate room. The Dining Room - high ceiling room with oak window, formal dining table and chairs, dressers and ornamental ham stone fireplace. The Sitting Room - Ornamental fire place with log burner, mullion hamstone widow, sofas and a TV with access to Netflix etc...
